Microsoft is the market leader, but competitors are making inroads into their territory. Sharefighter educated them on the competitors and called on them to fight for the brand’s market share through sales. Activated through a powerful appearance by their general (acted by Robert Whitehead), staff was conscripted into the Sharefighter force and tasked with monthly missions, each with its own incentive.
